Personal planning meeting 1 month before the wedding covering all planning needs: timeline & flow, grand entrance ideas, dinner activity ideas, name pronunciations, music, etc

Cocktail / Dinner Music

Event coordination the day of: directing the timeline and working with the other vendors on the “Team”

Personal Custom Recordings for special dances (1st dance, etc)

Customized scripted wedding party introductions

Wireless microphone for toasts, blessing, announcements, etc

Mood/Dance lighting

CEREMONY & RECEPTION PACKAGE includes everything above, plus for the ceremony: 1/2 hr prelude music, and 1/2 hr ceremony duration and lavaliere mic for vow amplification as well as the additional equipment needed to give you a worry free ceremony. I will also attend and help with organizing the rehearsal.

COCKTAIL HOUR & RECEPTION PACKAGE (this is for a cocktail hour that is in a separate location from the reception room but in same building) includes the list at the top of this page, plus a separate sound system and 1 hour maximum playing time for cocktail hour.

CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR (in separate area from reception) & RECEPTION includes everything needed to take care of you for your ceremony music and vow amplification, your cocktail hour of background music, and your entire reception from start to finish.

If you are looking for just music, without a Master of Ceremonies, without orchestration and direction for your reception, then I am not the candidate for you.   My service is highly consultative and my clients of choice not only see the importance of a well directed celebration, but are also actively involved with me in planning, thus are interested in having, a fun, unique and personalized wedding reception. My couples hire me not to take the spotlight off of them, but rather, to enhance their celebration.   In order to really see if I'm the ideal candidate to serve as your Master of Ceremonies & DJ at your celebration, a FREE face-to-face consultation is the best way to find out. It is simply to learn more about each other and to see if you feel we are a good match. That's also when we'll talk about pricing. If your parents are helping with the finances of this wedding, and will definitely have a "say" in who is hired as your Master of Ceremonies & DJ, then I request that they come to the meeting with you. This is very important!
