The staging at the venue you have chosen is very important to how "engaged" your guests will feel or not feel. Keeping your guests together in one room/area at all times is always the ideal layout.

Having your dance floor in the middle of the room, creates a "centerpiece" for your staging. Now anytime something happens throughout the night, from something as simple as an important announcement, to as grand as your First Dance, you have created a focal point where everyone is evenly distributed throughout the room from their tables, and no one will feel like they are miles away from the action.

When the layout of the room is symmetrical, it also visually looks and feels comfortable, which creates a stunning ambiance!
